About Rosie Paulsen
"Pure positive, Inspiring ideas"
Rosie’s passion is to help business owners succeed. To that end, she established RPE to create networking opportunities, share her expertise with other business owners, mentor new entrepreneurs, and educate and empower the Hispanic business community.
“Cafecito With Rosie On TV” embodies Rosie's many years of business ownership, marketing expertise and community leadership. This local business talk show, which airs in both Spanish and English simultaneously, features Tampa Bay business owners and community leaders showcasing their businesses to potential new customers, sharing their expertise with the community, and discussing topics relevant to the viewers. It is a great opportunity for guests to gain exposure for their businesses and causes.
Rosie is also a bilingual headline speaker and event host. She regularly shares her expertise via educational seminars on Medicare, the Hispanic market, and work and family success, helping to promote the economic growth Rosie so firmly believes in. Topics such as The Art Of Networking With A Purpose, Reaching The International And Hispanic Market, and Women’s Leadership And Development are several of the topics Rosie speaks to on a qualified and informative level.
As the founder of Good Faith Insurance Services, Rosie understands what it takes to create and successfully maintain a small business and is able to translate that clearly for all business owners and companies.
Additionally, as a civic leader in Tampa Bay, Rosie has worked with groups such as U.S. Congressman Gus Bilirakis’ Central Pasco Advisory Committees and she founded Hispanic Conservatives in Action (HisCoA). In 2019, Rosie was awarded a four-year appointment by Florida Senator Bill Galvano to the Florida Commission on the Status of Women, a nonpartisan group committed to raising awareness and celebrating the success of all Florida citizens, along with providing a collaborative platform for those seeking information on issues that affect women, girls and their families in the state.
Born in Quito, Ecuador, Rosie moved to the United States in 1988. She is fluent in Spanish and English. Rosie is the proud wife to Scott Paulsen and mother to three children: Tabatha, Steven, and Krystle. Her ultimate goal as a mentor to her family, friends, and community is to contribute to society through her brand motto: Pure Positive, Inspiring Ideas.
